Our last tenant started a vegetable garden in our backyard, and it can be continued at the discretion of the new tenant. We have a gardener come every other month to do landscaping. Bus route 13 to downtown is just down the street on 3rd Ave W. We are within walking distance to upper Queen Anne restaurants, shops, cafes, local grocery stores and all that the commercial district has to offer. We are within easy reach of Fremont, Ballard, Interbay, Downtown and Seattle Center. There is plenty of street parking here. The neighborhood is safe and neighbors are organized in an active block watch. The area is very quiet. The kitchen has a cute breakfast nook, updated tile flooring, a microwave, large refrigerator, garbage disposal and a full range stove with an oven. The bathroom was updated with a frosted window and tile tub and shower. We also had hardwood flooring put in the living and sleeping areas of the unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for sole use by the tenant. You can opt into our High-Speed wireless Internet free as a guest user or you can obtain your own Internet service. The unit has ample storage, and a garden shed is also available. You can also store items in the downstairs media room joined to the unit by a heavy, soundproof door. There are bike racks in the garage available to lock up a bicycle. You may use the private garden around the patio to plant herbs, vegetables and/or flowers. Rent is $1,395 a month including utilities as long as the privilege isn't abused, 12-month lease, after 12 months the lease becomes month to month with 30-day notice.
