Loved the apartment - just needed to move closer to work - must fill out renters application with Chatham Hills to sublet apartment - rent for July is paid - security deposit that was paid is being left for new tenant Apartment available now - lease is up end of October - Renter pays utilities - Electric was our highest bill, as everything in apartment is pretty much electric - through winter electric ran $150 - right now it's running about $60 - other utilities run about $60/month combined
