With access to hundreds of acres of good hunting, Blackwater Stream is nearby with good fishing as well. It is located on leased land approximately one-quarter acre in size (600 feet south of the northwest corner of town and adjacent to west town line, formerly under lease dated 1/2/76). The camp was originally a trailer and additional space was added and the propane stove, refrigerator and all furnishings are included (except for a few personal items). The structure now has a large, open area serving as a kitchen/living/dining space. There is a separate sleeping quarters that can accommodate 7-8 people. To complete the ''rugged'' feature, there is an outhouse/privy. The camp building is wired for a 110 generator (generator is not included though) and water is supplied by a gravity-fed line from a spring. Please make note that the lease is for non-commercial, seasonal, recreational purposes only, currently at an annual lease amount of $800.
