The elementary school is Sangster, which is a Blue-Ribbon school, ranked 9 on Greatschools.org, and has an Advanced Academic Program (AAP). Middle and High School is Lake Braddock. The bus stop for all of them is the intersection of Valleyfield and Galla Knoll. Easy access to Lake Mercer trail system for a hike or scenic bike ride. For a Pentagon commute, just drive to the Gambrill Park and Ride Lot (1.6 miles) and take the 395 Express bus direct to the Pentagon. Over the past year, we installed four ceiling fans, and replaced all four toilets, the light fixtures, door knobs, wall sockets, light switches, the hot water heater, and just bought a new stainless steel fridge. Old fridge (works fine) will be left in garage. Looking for one year minimum lease, longer term is fine as well. Renter responsible for utilities. Owners will include washer and dryer if tenants want to use their own. Pets are a non-issue, except for aggressive dogs. No smoking.
