We are listing our home for $435,000. So we feel like $435,000 is a more than fair price. This home has been an amazing home for my wife and I for almost 9 years. The construction is great, and our utility bills have been very low compared to our friend’s homes in other nearby neighborhoods. The neighbors directly to the left and right are the most amazing people and we will greatly miss them. Our neighbors across the street are also equally wonderful people and always great to visit with. This house is on a very quiet side street and also right off of a small “eyebrow” making it for no car traffic. Kids play in the street safely. Hampton Park has many amenities with two community pools, a club house, putt-putt course, and many open area parks. This house is set up a little higher on a small hill overlooking our street. Sitting on the front porch and watching the neighborhood with friends has been a joy. On the back we enlarged the deck to have a big area to sit too. Unlike some neighborhoods where there are no trees….our back yard has so many trees that through spring through late fall…you cannot see the neighbors houses behind us. Even though our behind neighbors are friends and super nice people….my wife and I liked the privacy the trees provided too.
