Welcome to this custom built Vintage Cottage, that overlooks the Santa Susana Hills. This hideaway includes a waterfall that cascades into a pool with an adjoining spa. An open floor plan hosts custom wood work throughout, multiple chandeliers and breathtaking views. The fireplace is perfect for romantic settings. Completely furnished. We would love to share our home with someone that really appreciates architecture and fantastic vacation, natural, settings. This is a month to month Short Term Rental or Long Term Vacation Rental. You get the entire 1st floor, completely furnished including bedding. This includes a Gourmet Kitchen, Library, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms (1 Queen bed & 1 Full bed), 1 Full Bath (Shower Only) and 1 - 1/2 Bath. The Owners/Hosts live on the second floor. We have a No Smoking Policy inside, including vapes. We have a designated Smoking area outside, provided there's no wind. (Please understand we are in a highly volatile area. The smallest spark could ignite the entire neighborhood like a matchbox.) It's a 4 person max. After 4 persons, it is $100 per night per person. There's a pool on site No Lifeguard is on duty. All Children must know how to swim. No Pets of any kind, except service animals. All utilities are paid, including internet and Netflix by Owner.
