    This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin in the forest 7 miles from Idaho City, Idaho, off well maintained Centerville Road on View Drive. 42 miles from Idaho City freeway exit, 60 minute drive. Home is constructed of 2 x6 framing with simulated log siding on a concrete slab. Approximately 1824 square feet which does not include a 250 square foot loft for the kids. It has a propane forced air furnace which we use to keep the house from freezing when unoccupied during the winter. Two years to a propane fill (400 gallons) Tank near 200 gallons currently. Primary heat source is an antique wood burning parlor stove that more than heats the entire cabin. About 4 cords are in wood shed with covered access. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. Main floor bathroom has a new large shower, upstairs has a tub/shower. Home has a 7 x 10 unfinished room off kitchen that could be used as a mud room or future kitchen expansion. Septic tank will be pumped and inspected July 19th. Water is on a community well and water bill is $50 per quarter. Home comes as a "turn key" operation meaning that the house comes with all the furniture, appliances, 3 Can Am 2 up four wheelers, snow blade, helmets, water toys, log splitter, 2 chainsaws, 30" snowblower. Snow level is about 2 to 2 1/2 feet. Two outbuildings with parking for 2 four wheelers each. One has a workbench, the other cabinets for helmets, googles, etc. Large gazebo professionally installed. Adult capable 2 place swing set. Property tax is around $1200 per year. Fire protection is by local volunteer dept. with hydrant just down the street. Water is supplied by a community well. Cost is $50 per quarter. Able to show home by appointment most always. Please go very slow through development. Dust is a major issue for residents located next to road.
