Coosawattee. I will make arrangements with my friend and neighbor for showing. FSBO, local real estate lawyer for closing. Price drop due to change of plans. Will consider all reasonable offers. Thank you Only pending HOA that may affect this, or any property in CRRA is the Fide bridge situation. There are currently meetings taking place on what we will do with the condemned bridge. Replace or remove it. Most feel like removing it is the most cost effective however, still having debates over it. The only other issue is campground septic tanks. We share a tank with 6 other campsites. That is the norm in campsites. We had our tank replaced last year at all of our own expense. That also is the norm with campsites. Central area of campground 29th St is having a major issue do to the closeness and location of their tanks and drain fields. We had no such issues up here on 2nd & 3rd Streets. All this is verifiable through the HOA & public works department here in Coosawattee.
