I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easygoing. Ideally someone who values a peaceful home. I work and train daily, so I appreciate a quiet, organized space to relax and recharge. Location: Amazing area Playa del Rey is one of LA's hidden gems! It feels like a small beach town vibe. The neighborhood is mostly locals, very quiet, safe, and friendly. It's just a short 10-minute jog or walk to the beach (only 1 mile away!). 10 min from LAX, close to restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, malls, schools, many of the major TECH companies and freeways all close by. Walking distance to bus stop. Easy, free street parking by the beach too! The Apartment: Cozy and spacious, located on the first floor, with a large balcony facing the pool. The apartment has a relaxing vibe and is always kept clean and organized. Amenities: The complex offers amazing amenities: 2 heated swimming pools Laundry room in the building Secure building with 24/7 surveillance. Hot tub & sauna Gym Basketball and tennis courts A remodeled clubhouse with pool and ping-pong tables, fireplace, and reading area Covered garage parking included Rent: $1600/month + deposit You'll be sharing the home with one person (me). The bathroom is the guest bathroom, meaning it's yours to use, but may occasionally be used by guests. If you're looking for a calm, beachy, and well-located place to live, this is it! This is a smoke free place. With no pets. The only bill we split is electricity. It comes every 2 months around $150 to split. Like $70-80 each for 2 months Also, I am looking for a roommate either short term or long term. Up to you I really value a calm, clean and respectful environment.
