Bill to be paid by you directly to PG&E. - Water and garbage is combined for the building so it will be split 50/50 between two units. GARAGE: There's a tandem garage space that MIGHT be available separately for $250/month, please ask. By tandem, we mean: it's a single long garage space where two cars can pull into. We'll share spare car keys so if both cars are parked and the inner car wants to get out, the inner car's driver can move the outer car out of the way first. When driving into the garage, nobody should have to move any cars because the first car to arrive will always take the inner spot. RENT CONTROL: This is not a condo, so it is rent-controlled and rent increases are limited - this limit varies from year to year but generally it's under 2%. AGREEMENTS: Please: - Respect quiet hours 11p-8a - No cigarette (even e-cigarette) smoking inside or around the home. - No waterbeds, candles, or animals in the home. A quiet cat might be okay. - Avoid wearing shoes at home when people are upstairs.
