    This is a 4-bedroom single family home, available for move-in October 1. Year lease required and pets are considered (but a max of 1 pet). Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property. It's a large house just off Gooch Hill, around 2000 sq ft, 2 car garage, great yard (fenced on 3 sides but not fully enclosed), front-load laundry, gas appliances, dishwasher, gas fireplace. Laminate wood flooring in main living area and carpet in all bedrooms and living room. Open floor plan with a huge master bedroom on one side with a large walk in closet and full bathroom. Other side of the house has a hallway with the 3 bedrooms and the other full bath. In addition to these photos we have videos of the space if you are not local and cant be in person for a showing. Rent is $3300/month and tenants are responsible for gas/electric (annual average is $125/month)- owner will cover water/sewer/trash. Deposit is equal to one months rent and is due at time of signing the lease. The home has been kept in great condition and there isn't much maintenance involved. Underground sprinklers outside. Tenants responsible for snow and lawn care. Large driveway and plenty of street parking. One dog allowed with approval from owners and will require additional deposit and carpet cleaning upon move out. This property is owned and operated by Bozeman residents. We aren't going to charge you a million different charges to apply, etc. No hidden fees tacked on by a management company. We live locally and manage the property ourselves.
