Beautiful Home - Magic Village Yards - 7664 Our Magic Village Yards condo offers a bold, modern design that is warm and welcoming. Our home is the perfect destination for families, couples, and group travelers. We offer private, fully equipped vacation homes with the amenities and attentive services youd find in a boutique hotel. Our home features three bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to six people. Located in Kissimmee, were just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and within 20 minutes of the other area theme parks including Universal Studios and Volcano Bay. The Space Featuring three bedrooms each equipped with flat-screen TVs, this home provides everything you need for your stay in the Orlando area. Both upstairs king bedrooms feature private bathrooms. There is also an additional bedroom with two twin beds and an attached bathroom. The homes fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A favorite feature of this home is the private Jacuzzi. Its the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks. Guest Access A stay at our home includes access to the onsite restaurant and concierge services. Concierge services help you tailor your stay to your specific needs. This includes assistance with meal delivery, grocery shopping, car rental, house cleaning services, attraction tickets, and more. Guests can purchase an access card for $100 per day to access the fitness center, the pool and recreation area, and other amenities. Please note, our grills are PROPANE GAS ONLY. DO NOT USE CHARCOAL. Any use of charcoal will result in a $500 fine. There is a $100 flat fee for using the gas grill in the summer kitchen. Please be respectful of the area and clean up after yourselves. Other Things to Note Magic Village Yards is a gated community. Guests should have their welcome packets printed out or on their phones when they arrive. Guest Interactions This home is self-check-in. This means there is nobody to greet you nor a welcome lobby when you arrive. Each guest receives a personalized code for the door. Guests can contact me if theres a problem with access when they arrive. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email. The greatest part about my home is the LOCATION. We are close to everything there is to do in Orlando especially when it comes to the world of food. Picking a restaurant has never been easier. I have listed a few of my favorites so you can spend less time worrying about where to eat and more time enjoying your vacation. Bahama Breeze -A laid-back chain restaurant featuring yummy Carribean food and vibrant tropical Island drinks. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Daily happy hour specials from 4 PM - 6 PM make this a great spot for an early dinner. Late night cravings and tired of fast food? Late night happy hour starts at 9 PM and goes on until MIDNIGHT. A must try! Sabor Brasil -A hole in the wall strip mall spot serving traditional Brazilian food buffet style. This spot is jam-packed with culture and Latin flare as it also doubles as a mini supermarket with imported goods. Cafe DAntonio -Located in the city of Celebration, this quaint little restaurant serves classic and authentic Italian dishes. This incredible spot mixes old traditions and new to create an incredible culinary experience. Cafe DAntonio has one of the best outdoor seating areas. Sit back and enjoy your dinner as you gaze out onto the lake. ARI -Located in the city of Celebration, this is one of the top Sushi spots in all of Central Florida. ARI is a mix of Japanese and Korean specialties served in a modern and stylish space. This restaurant also has amazing outdoor seating facing the lake. Good food and a beautiful view? You cant miss it! The house is 5 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport at 23 miles away. Orlando\'s largest 24 hour Walmart Supercenter just opened up across the street. There are many world class restaurants and shopping centers within a few miles of the property.
