Conveniently located across the hall from the guest bathroom; you will be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. Bathroom has been recently renovated with wonderful tub and shower combo. As mentioned before there's a shared kitchen space with full amenities. Pots, pans, air fryer, kitchen aid mixer, blender etc. shared washer and dryer on property. Utilites, Netflix and Internet included! Non-smoking in house, this includes vapes. you're welcome to smoke outside, there's a nice, covered porch in front and a covered area in back with seating. Parking is street only, (driveway is mine, sorry) I don't care if you drink or have guests over. As long as everyone is respectful of each other's schedules and communicates. Pick up after yourself, doesn't matter if your room is dirty so much, but keep the common spaces free of clutter and do your dishes in a timely manner is all I ask. I will accept couples wanting to live together but the cost will be 1.5x the amount. double the people = double the trouble so to speak. I keep an open-door policy when it comes to discussions. if there is an issue, please don't hesitate to say something. Most problems can be solved through discussion. Looking for a 6-month lease with an open option to re-sign for a longer period.
