    Much less expensive than purchasing a condo or townhouse and without the fees. You won't find an older mobile home that is this well maintained and in such a pleasant setting. One quarter acre lot. All maintained and has nice shade trees, level and fenced with two gates. Home is freshly painted throughout and is in very good condition. Has a sheet metal "over roof". Large screened patio and very large carport that is screened on one side. Private room at the front can easily be converted back to a second bedroom. Hot Water heater is less than one year old. Washer and dryer are only about two years old. Home has 240 Volt circuits and all electrical systems have been updated with a new main panel outside and a new sub panel inside. Previous owner also had an exterior plug for a generator professionally installed. Property has a private well with a pump and water pressure tank that is new within the last year. Other amenities include a storage shed that's in good condition and a large (app 10' x 10') animal cage in like new condition with a tarp roof. Great find for a pet owner. HVAC is operable but is an older system. Seller will pay or credit, at closing, $3,000 towards a new HVAC system for a full asking price contract. On all contracts, seller will pay buyer $500, at closing, towards replacement of pump/well shed. Few pieces of furniture and other items left on the prperty will convey.
