Upstairs only. Super convenient location close to I-15 and right across the street from the park. The main level has 2 bedrooms a bathroom and laundry room. Kitchen, dining room and living room. We will have a shared backyard where my dog likes to go. I will live in the basement. Stairs inside will be removed. I have a separate entrance from outside. Feel free to come check it out. It's still in the process of being finished. You will have to park on the street until I build a new garage and bigger driveway in the backyard. Wifi is included in utilities. The thermostat is in the basement and so the house is set at a certain temperature. If you want to use a heater or window ac unit then we can just add the extra utility costs. I will have wall mounted air purifiers so we can maximize how clean the air in the house is. Because the whole house shares an HVAC system. No smoking inside.
