It has wonderful living room with a fire place, a spacious dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 totally re-done bathroom, unfinished spacious basement for plenty of storage, attic with wooden floors and electrical connections, all brand new windows throughout the house and basement, spacious back yard (optional playground set, I can leave it or take it out) and of course very close to downtown royal oak, walking distance. Washer/Dryer/Refrigerator included. The house has a lot of character being an older house and if there's a house that defines light, this is it, lots of light, you will never feel like you're in a dungeon. This house was intended to be my house but by some circumstances now it's a rental so I'm a very reasonable/flexible landlord and view my tenants a little differently than someone that is in the business of renting houses, very open to ideas/comments. Looking ideally for first, last and security deposit, I'm a flexible landlord so will consider all offers and willing to negotiate, looking for a good renter that will take good care of my place.
