I will cover any other major outdoor needs, such as fallen limbs or general tree trimming. Duration of the contract is a minimum of 1 year - we can discuss if you would like a longer term. This is a NON-SMOKING HOME. The driveway of the house fits 4 cars comfortably, and there is space for additional parking on the property and on the street in front.
