Full basement with large window for extra room or storage. Renter pays electricity and heat and any fines for behavior or problems as per association. No pets or smoking. Must be quiet after 10 pm and clean. Rent must be paid monthly on time by a qualified tenant. Owner pays sewer, water, general association fee and taxes.
