    The house has an Hawaiian plantation style roof with an 8-foot wide wrap-around lanai. From the front of the lanai there is a nice ocean view where one can enjoy both the view and the trade winds that bring in pristine air off the ocean. The ocean view can also be seen from the living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as the master bedroom. From the backside of the lanai the view includes the nearby Anahola Mountain range. It has plentiful electrical outlets and a total of 25 feet of workbenches and drawers with upper and lower shelves. It is very well lit with 10 LED fixtures, each having its own switch.
