It is on a dead end street that runs into a large park with a bike path that runs from Downtown Denver or towards the Mountains. It is definitely a home away from home. You will be very comfortable here. The house is cozy with 2 bedrooms in an open space setting with one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. You will not need anything while you stay at my house other then your personal belongings . My Garden is an Oasis in the city. There are a few colored stamped concrete patios filled with plants and flowers in the back that make you feel like you are at a spa in the city. My favorite morning ritual is waking up with a cup of coffee and sitting on the rocking chair located on the porch. This place is a special place to reside and I hope that I can share my home with you while i am out of town. It is a straight shot to I70 or I25. You can be in Idaho Springs in 25 minutes, Loveland Ski Resort in 45 mins, Breck/Keystone/Winter Park and A-Basin in 1.5 hours. Colorado Springs in 1 hour. Fully Furnished Home with all Utilities Payed. With an exception of the Excel bill I pay $80 toward bill if the tenant goes over they pay the balance of the gas/electric bill. The monthly cost is $2500 there is also a $2500 refundable security deposit. At signing of the lease first month rent and security deposit will be due.
