totally gutted / renovated inside and out .August 2016 with all new everything . new Roof , doors, windows ,new central a/c with new ductwork, wall central vac,drywall, insulation, electric wiring /panel ,tile ,circular paver drive , 4 bathrooms and kitchen. basically this was restored to original with everything modern and updated with permits . no half a-- remodel. all done professionally with over 200,000 invested in the remodel. this was a 2 bedroom 2 bath carport house now like new.
