There is a washer/dryer hook-up but we do not supply them. The description of flooring says hardwood, that is not correct it is laminate. I can't figure out how to change that. We require that you and/or any co-applicant be on your current job(s) for at least a year, 1 months worth of income verification that should show at least 2 1/2 times the rent for all applicants and your credit scores need to be around 700 or better.
