I am not apposed to getting a realtor or an Attorney. But I would rather find the buyer myself. After all who knows more about the place than me. So for right now , No realtors and no agents. Call me if interested. I Probably won't answer a text. Your gonna have to leave me a voicemail because the spammers and scammers are so bad. So the exterior has just been painted. The best thing about this place is it's location. Close to the College, close to the plaza, and close to banking, shopping and restaurants. It sits very high on the hill of northtown Aracta. It will never flood here. I don't think a Tsunami could ever get this high. I would be afraid to live, say down on 4th street. So the house has been set up with a separate studio apartment that rents for $800. But could easily go back to a 2 bed 2 bath house if you prefer. Just unbolt 1 door. And the house has another finished room, with gas heat, off of the garage as well, in the back. I just use it for storage but it has definite possibilities to rent to a student or whatever. There is a pretty long carport that I can fits my small car and trailer. There is a sewer cleanout right there if needed for an RV. There is a single car garage right behind the carport.
