The building amenities include a gym, hot tub, bike storage, roof deck with BBQ and views of the hills. It also has a brand new Butterly security system controlled by an app so you can schedule access for deliveries and guests. The app and the touchscreen by the front door allow for keyless entry should you go on a run or errand and not want to carry your keys. You can't beat this location. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The tenants are lovely and respectful. Kings is a lively, fun street to live on but this unit, which faces the tree-lined back walkway, is peaceful. HOA covers water, trash, gas, and EQ insurance. I have lived in this unit since 2021 and can tell you everything about the building. I have included a screenshot of my past few years of utility bills so you can see how low the cost is. $50-$70 every two months. One-year lease. No pets and no smoking allowed with the exception of MJ (not if it is mixed with tobacco). You guys, I LOVED living in this bldg and this unit in particular. Hoping to find someone who will have as good a time as I have on Kings. You won't have to deal with a big property mgmt company. I know how frustrating they can be. It'll be me.
