    Trying to communicate with the Customer Success Specialist is difficult. I moved into a new home and there are many issues that have come up that needed to be addressed. However, getting in touch with the person who has to coordinate those service appointments is challenging. Having service people come to the house, being informed of the issues that need to be addressed, without the tools or materials needed to address the issue, is a complete waste of my time. This has led to me having to take at least 4 different days off from work to be home for these appointments. They are able to fully frame a house within a week, but I can't get someone to reply to an email or come address a poor craftsmanship issue leading to a safety concern within 2.5 weeks? My front door does not seal properly and is warped an has to be taped off, making it unusable. And, no one is able to address this within 2.5 weeks?! It is absurd. I am less than happy with the amount of new things that are needing to be addressed due to poor craftsmanship, installation, cheap materials or poor time management is extremely frustrating.
