My house is on an ongoing remodeling and renovation schedule! The third floor / attic has two additional rooms with new pipes ready to build an additional apartment for renting out with kitchen & bathroom. The walls on the second floor have been insulated with new German wall papers! It is a very sturdy and stable house, quiet and peaceful. I am not finished with remodeling and renovations, but I am thinking of selling it and moving closer to my workplace renting an apartment. I will upload new photos very soon enough!
