My fiance and I currently live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at The Park at North Ridge owned by Bell Apartment Living. We are looking for someone to take over our lease. We are willing to move out within the next couple of weeks, however if you need more time we are willing to work with you. If you are able to move in within the month of April, the rent for this month will have already been paid. We do not have any pets and no damages have been made to the establishment. We have only lived there since last September which is also when our lease will be over. Our rent is currently $904, but with trash pick-up fee and the storm water fee it totals to $919. This does not include water, cable, or electric. There are washer and dryer hook-ups, black appliances, and our apartment has a sun room instead of a balcony. The facility includes a HUGE pool with grill area and a HUGE work out room. Also a playground, small and large dog park, and tennis court are on site. There is also a business center available. The neighborhood is nice and the staff is amazing. You will be located in Raleigh only five minutes from Triangle Town Center and Capitol Blvd. You are also only five minutes from I-540 and ten minutes from I-440. Please keep in mind you will be taking over our lease through Bell Apartment Living. You are subject to their background and income check.
