Duration of the lease is 12 months and there is no subletting. The upkeep of the yard, snow removal, and any pest control are also the responsibility of the tenant. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in and on this property. The owner is allergic to smoke and any activity of this kind will be easily recognized and lease will be immediately terminated. None of the above lease terms are negotiable.
