We renovated our garage into a studio. There's access from the back alley, as well as from the front driveway. There is plenty of parking at the top of the block, very nearby. We live in the main house next to this property. Flat rate of $1600 each month. We cover ALL utility payments. We also offer Wi-Fi. You can stay month to month, or we can create a custom lease agreement if you wish.
