I finished remodeling this 1941 house. There is a tiny home next door that might be good for a family member to stay in. This rebuilt trailer is attractive, good for an office or hobby space. I have better pictures if I can figure out how to submit them. Property is on half an acre with another small house and a barn. Has a funky garage, carport and more parking. Fenced back yard. I pay water and garbage. If you don't want the trailer I could rent it to someone else. But it may not be comfortable having someone close to your house. I prefer phone calls. Please make 3 times the rent. You must have a decent credit check. Maybe a dog. No smoking inside.
