We are two young professionals (29F & 27M) who are looking for like-minded individuals to move in. Home is on a quiet street, 4 miles from I-93, 7 miles from downtown Concord, and 8 miles from Concord Coach with express lines to Boston for commuters. Conveniently located next to hiking trails and a conservation pond that is open to the public for fishing, kayaking, etc. This 3,500 square foot colonial style home has been completely remodeled and features an updated eat in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher!) and granite countertops, dedicated laundry room with brand new Samsung washer and dryer, two large living rooms, entry way/mud room, hard wood floors throughout Lutron lighting, ring doorbell system, Sonos wireless surround sound system throughout house, and a wooden deck. All smart home features can be controlled using a smart phone. Home has large windows and gets a lot of natural sunlight. The third floor space is reserved for the person who rents this room and will not be used by other roommates.
