first of all we signed the contract to build the home on 10/24/1994 and moved into it January 25th 1995. We are the first and only ones to have lived in the house unlike the other houses that are overcrowded with people coming and going every so many months and have illegally added constructions without permit!!!! How can those houses without landscaped yards have a higher value??????? By the way we the owners have a University education.
