I love this neighborhood- it is close to the MAX so easy commute to downtown, it is close to the farmland- surrounded by beautiful farms! Shopping is really close-Orenco Station with New Seasons and other trendy shops, restaurants and cafes- you could even walk there! Tanasborne shopping area is huge and has every store you could ever want- and that is really close too. This area has been growing like crazy, so alot of new building around. Everything upgraded and nice! It is close to the Tech corridor of Hillsboro- like Intel- so alot of good jobs out in this area. What I love the best is that you are surrounded by some of the most gorgeous farmland in the world! You are only an hour from beautiful beaches, a little over an hour to Mt Hood and skiing, the Columbia River Gorge and it's beauty, and just 2 hours to high desert! Plus just a little ways out of Portland- a wonderful green city which is very walkable, bikable and into taking care of the environment!
