The house is completely furnished and each room have a dresser and a twin bed. The house features two full bathrooms and two full and spacious kitchens, one in each level with a good amount of cupboard space. The laundry room is shared with all the residents in the house (7 total). Electricity, gas, water, trash, sewage and private parking space is included in rent. No smoking, drinking, drugs, pets, etc. No overnight guests are permitted. Deposit is $500 and the lease is for 12 months with the option of selling it at any given time.
