Very cozy adobe house and it was remodeled in 2017 so everything is pretty new. It is close to the zoo and baseball parks as well as the tingly beach with nice biking trails. Very nice and spacious yard so your pets can get good exercise everyday. No smoking allowed. Renter is responsible for the gas, water and electricity. Renter need to pay the lease upon signing the contract.
