The home description is incorrect. We bought 100X10 additional feet of property to include the maple tree after we purchased our home and your estimate indicates the price we paid for that small piece of land, not the actual purchase price of the house. Not that it really matters. It's just incorrect and bugs me when I see our house value at $3,500.
