    This home is in Port Orange. If you want to rent it fill out an application. I'm tired of TROLLS. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath with large entry and Living with fireplace. Currently needs interior painting and some other handy man things done. Rent is $1800.00 per month plus utilities. In exchange for handy man works such as painting and fan installation some rent compensation can be worked out. 1st, last and security. An ironclad month to month rental agreement will be in place. I've had enough so if you're not honest don't come around. The workroom side is not included at this time but may become so in the future. I just have no help. This home is right next to Sugar Mill elementary and right down the street from Sugar Mill Park. All shopping and restaurants are very nearby as is the river and beach. This is a wonderful neighborhood I lived for nearly 30 years. If you are anyone other than an actual renter DO NOT CALL! Veronica No smoking indoors. No drugs. No vaping indoors. NO PETS AT ALL. Utilities, water, electric, internet, cable are NOT included. The AC filter must be changed once a month, filters available at Walmart. If you cause damage to anything you are responsible for the cost of repairs. You are responsible for your own insurance. No other people except those one the rental agreement are allowed to live or stay at or in the home or on the property. Yard care is your responsibility and so are any fines you receive for not doing so. 2 cars/vehicles, no more. NO UNLICENSED VEHICLES. There may be furniture available for use at the property. The photos are from when I lived there so those items are not there anymore. There is one shed in the back for your use. I want someone who will care for the property not take advantage. You understand what I am saying. The rental agreement is even more detailed. I am all for helping people but I have helped people here and they have really me so I am not going to let that happen again. Application fee, credit check fee, locks fee, background check fee, 1st, last, and security. PLUS IF YOU HAVE TO BE EVICTED YOU WILL PAY THE COSTS PLUS DAMAGES.
