On the second floor in the back of the building. The building has a full-time maintenance person who is very nice. Landlord is responsive. 1-year lease, $1399/mo with $199/mo utility fee includes water, laundry (on lower floor is free), gas heat/cooking, and parking, pets allowed for $45/mo. Electric averages about $25/mo. The apartment has ceiling fans and AC but stays pretty cool with the fans. Lots of closet space (four closets). Microwave. It's a good spot. I'm leaving town. Ideal for a working professional but big enough for a couple to comfortably share. 12-month minimum lease. Tenant will have to apply it's a $50 fee. Happy to pre-screen beforehand.
