It was remodeled with the following; - Vinyl flooring with sub floor repairs - Back Deck (which will outlast the unit, it’s so well built!) - Water Softener - Exterior Repainted - Washer & Dryer replumb with added water softener (The washer & dryer have always been outside in the place they are currently. We just added the deck to make it easier to access. The water softener that was installed makes the hard water in the area, much more tolerable, especially showering. All are operational.
