The townhouse is $675 a month. It includes trash and snow/lawn care. You are responsible to pay water, sewer, and electric. It is electric heat. To be honest the prices we paid for all of those things was not bad. The townhouse is updated. Has a yard and patio area. Playground out back for the kids. Washer and dryer hook up. Two space parking. I do not have personal photos, but my landlord can show it and we are willing to show it first. We are going to move into a house and have to find tenants to replace us ASAP! It would be ready the beginning of October for move in. Oh and it's also a quiet area. An older man on one side and a doctor on the other. No issues. Pets allowed as far as we were always told.
