At this point, our one/two bedroom one/two bath apartments start at $555.00 per month to $695.00; this price is the rental rate for a twelve month lease. Additional fees are applied to shorter leases. Our rent includes water, sewage, sanitation and monthly pest control. Our application fee is just $35.00 and you have a choice on deposits, you can choose a $200.00 refundable deposit or a $99.00 non -refundable deposit.
