As a corner unit, extra windows keep the unit bright and airy. This unit is handsomely furnished, immaculately clean, and shows beautifully. The unit includes a carport for one vehicle, plus a parking spot immediately outside the unit entrance. The unit is available immediately, however, the condo board requires 20 days for a background check on potential renters. Sorry.... NO PETS.
