Term: The term of this lease shall commence for six (6) months Rent: The monthly rent shall be $1000, payable in advance on the first day of each month. The Tenant agrees to the following terms regarding pets: The Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. The Tenant shall ensure that pets do not create a nuisance or disturbance. The Tenant shall clean up after their pets and properly dispose of waste. The Tenant shall comply with all local laws and regulations regarding pets. Maintenance and Repairs: The Tenant shall maintain the premises in a clean and habitable condition and shall promptly notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs. Termination and Renewal: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing one (1) month's written notice to the other party prior to the end of the lease term. If neither party provides such notice, the lease may be renewed upon mutual agreement. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
