Lease Terms for "The Baltimore 1. Duration This lease is available for one room for a minimum of 90 days. 2. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes all indoor areas and common spaces. Tenants wishing to smoke must do so outside, adhering to local regulations regarding smoking near buildings. 3. Parking One parking spot is available in the driveway behind the house, with additional street parking subject to local regulations. The driveway spot is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Pet Policy Pets are not permitted on the premises to maintain the comfort and safety of all tenants. 5. Fees and Deposits - Rent: $1,050 per room, per month. - Security Deposit: $1,050 (refundable, subject to terms of lease). - Application Fee: $47 (non-refundable). - Cleaning Fee: $120 (non-refundable). 6.
