This a great neighborhood for young families. It is safe, quiet, and my children have lots of other children to play with nearby. There are no big hills so it makes it easy to go on walks. While we are not looking to immediately move, I am open to the "make me move" concept for the right offer and contingent on our being able to find a new home in the area.
