    3/2 with family room, dining room and bonus room off the kitchen that opens to the pool and garage. Master & 2nd Bedrooms have carpet, 3rd bedroom is wood laminate flooring, the rest of the house is ceramic tile (installed late 2007/early 2008). Large front yard with circle drive off the main driveway. Pool (installed in Fall 2008) is screened in, uses solar panels for heating, and the large backyard is fenced. There is also a shed in the backyard perfect for lawn equipment and such. Mother-in-law apartment (full bathroom and walk-in closet) is separate building set back from the main house. Garage storage on end of building. We also have a rain barrel and compost bin on the property. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is close to all of the city's services but, feels like you are out of the way. You are only a few miles from the 'Archer Road' interstate exit and all the restaurants, shopping, etc. of the Archer Road corridor. The elementary and middle schools in the zone are top-rated. The walk-score is car dependent but, it is only a couple miles to the middle school, we walk it all the time. And, the walk to the grocery store (which would also be the nearest bus stop) is a little shorter than that. There is also a great park (Kanapaha/Veteran's Park) not far away down Tower Road, as well as the Tower Road branch of the public library, and the SW YMCA is just up Archer Road (you can bike).
