It will be an immediate eviction. Roommate will have use of the garage to park vehicle, if desired. Roommate will not be able to store any of their furnishings on condo premises No overnight guests Any visiting guests will need to arrive after 8:00 am and leave by 10:00 pm - unless previously agreed upon with other roommate.
