We are looking for someone single or no more than 2 people this property is very small with 1 bedroom. We prefer no pets. Very Clean with new flooring. Small yard. Gas heat with central air. Small garage. Public transportation at the street corner. There are appliances for use but if they go bad, we don't fix or replace. Must sign a 1-year lease rent is $700 and deposit is $700 and is due upon signing lease. Renter pays all utilities lights, water, gas must be in renter name before moving in NO EXCEPTIONS. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside. Renter is responsible for keeping yard mowed and clean if landlord has to do upkeep of yard in summer there will be a monthly fee added to rent each month. Rent is due on the same time each month if not paid on due date there is a $10 a day late fee up to 10 days if not paid on 10th day an eviction notice will be served.
