The camper sits next to a goat pen so you'll see and hear the goats and sheep. There is a seating area on a concrete pad and also a nice bonfire pit area and a great space to hang an Eno/hammock. Utilities, trash, wifi, water and sewer are all included. Camper is available immediately. First ($850) and security deposit ($500) are required when lease is signed. Even though we are pet friendly, the camper is not, so no pets allowed. We're also a smoke free property. And the camper is NOT set up for 2 people. SINGLE TENANTS ONLY.
