This designer house will astonish guests with its luxury furnishings, art collection, views, and breathtaking interior touches in ...every...single...room. One of the bedrooms in the house is a private casita (sort of like a secret garden). It is hidden by a fake wall, and is a complete ensuite, bed and bath, for complete privacy for two couples travelling together or parents staying with their adult children. Ideally, we would prefer to house six people...or fewer. It's a great house for a couple to get away to their own oasis retreat. Although the house could easily accommodate 10 or even 12, this is not a frat house. It is a high end listing in an exclusive neighborhood and we are selective, as with our other properties, about our guests. If you are coming to the desert to party, great invite us. The Space Our ideal guests are likely (not essential) older or retired, in town to relax, golf, hike, bike, and enjoy the area's scenic beauty and many amenities. We would prefer to host no more than four people (1 or 2, or a couple is also great). We are open to larger groups than four, if we are simpatico. This house is for people who know and appreciate luxury property, furniture, art, high end everything and are respectful in treating nice things. As mentioned above, please be circumspect when coming and going. Please use the garage for parking car. You can use the pool and hot tub late, but quietly: not while drunk and screaming-or either.
